Management Consultant - Sydney or Melbourne CBD, $450 - $800 per day. Ref IR1137

Looking for something other than investigations or security management?..... How about Consulting in the financial services sector?  

Our client manages change to increase business performance within the financial services sector and they boast a number of reputable and well know financial initiations as their clients.  

They are seeking highly driven and motivated individuals to move into the world of management consulting. My client has asked Investigator Recruitment to identify candidates who stand out from the crowd in terms of:  

• Communication skills,

• Written skills,

• Personal presentation,

• Affinity for numbers and statistics.

Most importantly they are looking for candidates with the personality and confidence to command authority and respect.  

Contracts can last from three to six months and some can extend indefinitely. The work will be based in Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD and some candidates may be required to travel farther afield. The successful candidates will be required to operate as sole traders or sub contractors and so will have their own ABN.  

Daily rates range from $450 per day for those candidates with no experience to $800 per day for more experienced individuals.  

You do not have to have relevant experience because our client will deliver full training on i) their in-house methodology and ii) efficacy consulting. Some project management and consulting experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful candidates will be fully trained to deliver the following tasks:  

• Business Process Re-engineering,

• Six Sigma Implementations,

• Change Management,

• Management Information Systems Development,

• Cost Reduction,

• Performance Management.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player and quick to integrate into an existing team. You will have a high level of leadership, communication, analytical / problem solving expertise and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
